[nabs-l] How to change a link to a URL

Hi Misty, this is Helga! I would like to change this link to a URL
https://www.change.org/petitions/pass-teach-act-equal-access-to-educational-materials-for-students-with-disabilities
Do you know how to do that? Just wondering, since I would like to send it to

If you are trying to change a website address to a link that is a URL, such
as www.amazon.com, you just add http to the beginning of it followed by a
colon and two slashes. If you wanted to change it from www.amazon.com, it
would look like this:
http://www.amazon.com
the http part is not required though, so both addresses basically do the
same thing. Also, a link is the same as a URL, so it is just another way to
say the same thing.
I am not sure if this is what you are asking, but I hope it helps.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by saying "change the link to a
URL." Are you trying to change the Web site address itself or the text
inside a link?
