[nabs-l] TEACH ACT PETITION UPDATE

Hi Trey, this is Helga. I just wanted to tell you that this is a petition 
that will allow visually impaired students to get accessible Softwares in 
their colleges and universities. This petition is actually very important 
for the students who are having these issues. And I'm as a college student, 
I actually sign it! I will really appreciat it a lot!, if you could sign
