[nabs-l] Personal Emails on the Email List

this was necessary to deal with because DMARC, as a list owner of over 10 
lists, we had this issue, unfortunately, if we changed it back to the old 
format, yahoo and others would have issues.

I think also, if you're on an I device, at least mine, it just says National 
association of blind students mailing list.So unless they sign their name 
with an email address, it goes to the list. Thank you mail man for changing 
that around.
