[nabs-l] NFB Online Streaming Problems

The stream does keep going up and down, which is quite sad. The
recording was much much better than the NABS recording last night
though. Whoever was doing it kept clearing his throat and you could hear
him touching the laptop, where the internal mic would pick it up. If
they could keep the stream up it sounded pretty good, at least for the 5
minutes of scholarship speeches I was able to tune in for.
