Go to the nfb web site.  Click on the link that says members.  
>From there click the link that says discussion groups.  Cleack 
the link that says nfb discussion groups.  Go to the join or drop 
Nfb net mailing lists link.  Scroll down until you find the link 
for the Nabs list.  Fill out the form with the subscription info 
and click subscribe.  Reply to the confirmation email that you 
will receive.  After this you will receive a welceme massage 
explaining how to post to this list.
