What screen reader are you using? If JAWS, you can use Control + Alt + your
arrow keys to navigate by row or column. There are other keystrokes, and you
can use Insert + H to get a quick reference from within your document to
help tell you what these keys are. If not JAWS, let us know, and we'll get
you the right key sequence.--Joe

some times in emails and in word. Any help with this basic questions would
