[nabs-l] looking for an app

Google Calendar might work.  There is an option where you have it text
appointment reminders to you.  You set it up on your computer though.
It's been a few years since I used it, and I will give the disclaimer
that I didn't always get texts that I should have gotten, but maybe
its improved now.
