[nabs-l] Can the Blind vote?

Dear Students,

Today in class we had a discussion about raising the uffting age.  
Everyone had something to contribute to this discussion.  As 
blind students, we should be able to vote for what we believe in.  
Last week I voted in the mid-term elections.  It is important to 
do the research about our ballots so we will know what we are 
voting for.  I'd like to hear your thoughts about this topic.
