[nabs-l] Creating a Running head with JFW

Hi Kayla,
Press Alt-V, H to get to the header and footer pane. You can then type
your running head into the header box. I am not sure how to get it to
automatically appear on every page, but you can manually insert it on
every page by arrowing down to get from one page's header and the next
and keep typing it in.
