Try hitting f6 to move over a frame when you open or download anything.
Sometimes it is on the side of the screen, but not interactive.

Subject: [nabs-l] Google Chrome
Hi all and happy Friday!
I am looking for people who use Google Chrome on a regular basis with a
screenreader. I am supposed to use it as a part of my job for accessibility
testing, and I find it to be a problem. So, I'm wondering if any of you use
Chrome successfully with Jaws or some other screenreader. How well does it
work for you? Is there a way to get around some of the accessibility
problems in Chrome? For example, I have noticed that downloading files is
difficult because it doesn't prompt you to open or save as IE or Firefox
will. Any experiences or info would be much appreciated!
