[nabs-l] Downloading applications and turning on and off voice over

Hi all,
Hope everyone is having a great morning. I was wondering if anyone can help me with a couple of issues I'm having. I have downloaded the latest version of iOS and I'm having issues downloading applications. In the past I was able to download an application and click the download button and receive notification as to how much time the application had before the download was complete.this morning I tried to download the Google and YouTube applications to my phone and the only message I get is, "waiting." I understand that this may mean the connection to the Internet may be a little bit shaky but time goes and goes and the application still says, "waiting." And my doing something wrong, is anyone else having these issues? Another thing I'm having issues with is being able to turn voiceover on and off. That is I'm having issues turning it off. My husband was helping me with some things on my phone and because he is cited using voice over can be a little difficult for him so if he's doing something on my phone he rather have voiceover off and continue working on the phone, butwe are unable to put voiceover or to turn voiceover off on my phone. Is there some type of lock on this setting that I'm unaware of? I hope this message makes sense and hopefully someone can assist me with these issues that I'm having. Thanks for any advice or suggestions you can give.
