Subject: [nabs-l] HOW TO IDENTIFY A BLIND PERSON WITH LIGHT PERCEPTION

HELLO ALL, I'M JUST POSTING TO ANSWER SOMEONE'S QUESTION ON HOW TO IDENTIFY
A TOTALLY BLIND PERSON WITH LIGHT PERCEPTION.
The way you'd do that is by shining a light near their eyes and asking if
they can see the light. This can be identified when the blind person is at a
doctor's appointment, eye doctor to be exact.
I hope that this answers your question.
