[nabs-l] New iOS functions with VoiceOver

Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody could assist me I'm working with the new iPhone upgrade? I'm trying to learn to use the record button in the text message section but I see that it only pops up every so often so I wasn't sure if anyone could assist me and give me the directions on how to do it using voice over. Thanks in advance and hope this message makes sense :-)
