Touch Graphics has a talking tactile version of the periodic table. I haven’t used it, but I know their other products that use the smart pen are phenomenal.

the price on their site may not include all the tools you’ll need to use the table. You’ll have to by the smart pen, available as a mainstream product.

I recommend talking to Steve Landow so you can ask about any other related products.
