I just use the backup on the laptop. That's how I did it.  Just type in
backup in the search box.  Look for system image.

Hi,
I have a laptop, and an external hard drive, and I know that you need some
sort of program to back up the laptop's hard drive on to the external hard
drive. Many of the programs that I've tried aren't very JAWS accessible.
What would be the most user-friendly program with JAWS 16 to back up a
laptop?
