Okay; I've filled out the fasfa every year during my recent master's degree,
but I didn't always use the loans. I also had SSDI, but I of course didn't
live with my parents. I was a dependent of my parents until I was 22, but I
had SSI on my first college run, though I didn't fill out a fasfa for that
one. I lived in the dorms, so living on campus might have made me elgible
for loans since I lived away from my families house; I don't know. I did not
get work study during my bachelors degree run because I didn't fill out the
fasfa, and during my first graduate program, I was working part time on
campus. During my second college run; I was able to get loans, but not work
study.

Voc Rehab paid for tuition and books. I was eligible for some loans.

I returned to school after many years to finish my BS in computer science
and graduated in Dec. I was receiving SSDI but my full tuition, books and
equipment (ZoomText, CCTV etc) above the Pell grant was covered by voc
rehab.
