[nabs-l] Visual studio keyboard commands

Hello everyone. I am taking a visual basics class. I do not know any of the keyboard shortcuts for visual studio. Could someone please send me a list or a link to a list of keyboard shortcuts that would be useful for me to use? Four example, how to name a form or a project.  And  how to get back to the design view from the properties menu. I would greatly appreciate it.
