Currently, I have JAWS 13 and Internet explorer. I have to check the version 
of internet explorer.

Hi Rilind, It's been a couple years but SurveyMonkey has always been
accessible for me. Are you using a recent version ofJAWS and a recent
version of Internet Explorer or Firefox? Sometimes these things can
happen if the browser or JAWS is out of date. If everything is
updated: Are you able to create an account? Or is the page blank as
soon as you get to surveymonkey.com?
It's possible the accessibility has gone away, but I'm hoping not.
