It works now; thanks, your thoughts and efforts are most appreciated. I just
forgot about how the speech features worked, and I was advised to take a
look at them, turn them on, and then update it.  It worked.

Hi Justin,

I use OpenBook 9.0 with JAWS 15 on a Windows 7 laptop, and everything works
fine. If you could describe the specific problem you are having then perhaps
we could be of more help.
