[nabs-l] Track changes cutting off long comments

Shift plus alt plus apostrophe announces the comment at the cursor.  Have
you tried that?  Shift plus control plus apostrophe lists them.   But try it
with the alt key and see what happens.

I was wondering the same thing. Track changes are annoying. Also how do you
delete the comment once you have made the change?
