Carlos, The Amazon kindle and Amazon kindle app are very inaccessible in my option. I teccomend you try other means of accessing your materials. BARD, Bookshare, Audible, or even iBooks would be better. Another option is contacting the publisher and usually you can get the books as a PDF or Word doc. Hope that helps. Meaghan
