[nabs-l] A Suggestion For The Nabs Guidelines

I could be wrong, but I also think membership in the constitution is
stated to be open to students, parents, and anyone else interested in
educational opportunities and issues facing blind students. A change
to membership for the list would not have to be made in the guidelines
but the constitution itself if this is indeed the case, so I don't
think those who wish the list membership to remain as is need to
worry. :)
