I tried the reset and It said "Cannot start the plnner and the 
alarm system, press reset, if the problem fersists, reinstall 
this version of keysout.  I reinstalled it and it works again.

Else the entire keyplan folder and press the reset button by
itself.  This should fix the problem.  If not I'd suggest you
call Humanware on Monday.
