Hi, today I needed to do a force-shutdown.  Then I got this
error: "Windows didn't shut down successfully, would you like to
turn it on in safe mode? Í am blind, but jaws doesn't even say
it? I hit enter.  Then the fan just spins at a high speed and
scren stays black.  I usually have to do many additional
force-shut dowss to get it back on.  Whth is it doing that
