[nabs-l] Does DVR / Commission for the Blind pay for onlineeducation?

Yes I believe so as long as the degree meets your employment goal. I can't
say 100%. What VR covers seems to have no rhyme or reason. Seems they may
cover something for one person but not another. Different counselors seem
to really vary. I had to to file a appeal to get something I needed but it
worked.
