I have some ideas what you could do.  You can be a teacher, you 
can be a Dof If you want to be a teacher,
you need to find a school and have a computer running jaws.

Yes, they should help you -- but you need to help yourself too.  
Why
wouldn't you do everything possible to find a job? You will 
always be
your best advocate and representative.

Isn't the blind commission supposed to help those people who are
blind find employment?
