[nabs-l] Changing settings in office 2013

This is true if she is using JAWS, as this is a JAWS setting, not a Word thing.
Word itself does not change the ribbon back to classic menus.  JAWS 
can make the ribbon act like the classic menus, to a certain extent, 
it calls it the "virtual ribbon."
