Hi Gloria and all,
Outlook Express is a very old way of accessing outlook. Now, Outlook
is the program most would prefer.
Outlook is apart of the office 365 suite, so you should have it on your
computer if you have purchased that. On my desktop specifically, it does say
Outlook 2013, so you may want to check that out.

Hi all,
Hopefully someone can help me because I have had horrible customer service
at Freedom Scientific Tech-Support I am trying to useOutlook express, but
may have just found out that there's a difference between Outlook, and I
look express. I'm not the most tech savvy person out there LOL I am using
Windows 7 and it shows in my programs that there is Outlook 2013. I'm
wanting to have my Gmail and school email sent to m Outlook express account.
Can anyone please offer any assistance? It would be greatly greatly
appreciate it LOL y
