[nabs-l] Microsoft excell help please

I've worked on exel a couple years ago when I
was at California School for the blind.  I don't really rembember 
how to use it.

	I am unfamiliar with excel, which is bad since my job uses 
it heavily.  Essentially, attached is what I would be
