[nabs-l] reading comments in a paper

You've just described exactly what happens when the file is in a protected
view. You need to press alt, down arrow, and tab to find enable editing
button.
This should help.

the biggest problem I seem to be having is that Jaws will lock up on me and
not read anything in the paper at all. I can get it to read some comments if
I go to the top of the file and do an insert down arrow, but that's it.
I can't edit or do anything like that
