Anna,
but she already advocated to the professor. He agreed to do it but did not
follow through.
It seems like the supervisor is the next best step. Yes there are people in
dss, but they coordinate accomodations. It’s a professor's responsibility to
follow through with her documented accomodations.
Going through the ADA coordinator who has no clue of the situation sounds
like a bad idea; too many people involved then.
Anyway, that's my take on things.
