[nabs-l] I pad users

Hello all,
I am a doctoral student, and my laptop battery is dying. I am thinking
about buying an I pad and use it for note taking and reading in class.
Probably I need to have an external keyboard.
I am wondering if anyone does this. I am so used to jaws. Thus I am a
little bit hesitant. While reading, is it easy to navigate between the
lines, paragraphs and pages?
