Hi, I tried to update my iphone and I was going to check the status, but it just beeps. I clicked the shift key 5 times to disable it. Then I went to go restart it and it comes back on. I have windows 10, jaws 17, and none of the ease of access settings have been changed. Is this a virus that turned it on or not?
