[nabs-l] PC laptop recommendation needed

Hey guys,

My friend is looking to buy a laptop and he'd like to have your
recommendation. What do you use and what do you recommend?
He wants a PC laptop, to run Windows 7, JAWS, and do basic things like
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and browse the Internet. And obviously
he would want a laptop that has all the important keys for a blind
user, like Application key, Insert key, etc.
