[nabs-l] Writing cover letters and ensuring that formatting is correct

When you open Microsoft Word, press INS+F1 twice quickly and you will 
see the Word section of JAWS help. It is a detailed list of commands and 
also contains information such as formatting documents, which is what 
you want.
