[nabs-l] college parties

All of that said, some people would argue that parties are kind of just a part of the college experience, and that you should experience that. I'm not big into parties myself, but if you want to give it a try, go for it! College is for trying new things. That said, if you do go to a party, be smart about it. Make sure there's a friend who always knows where you are it's sort of generally. I would recommend this for anyone regardless of their amount of sight. Regardless of whether you decide to go to parties or not, remember that well academics is of course extremely important, having a social life is good. I learned the hard way that without a social life, you sort of go insane. :-) Good luck!
