Hi There!
Jessica Beecham was a major organizer of the wellness fair activities
that happened at convention this year, and they did do cardio
drumming.
Jessica has a web site called
http://www.wefitwellness.com
where you can get information on anything from cardio drumming to yoga and more.
They have a number where they can be reached by telephone, too, and
Jess herself can be emailed at
Jessica at wefitwellness.com
As she's the We Fit Wellness director, she may be able to help you get
more information. And, as Elizabeth suggested, I'm sure sports and rec
can help, too.
Hope this information was useful.
