[nabs-l] Getting an first generation iPad

While how generous a state is, varies from state to state, and 
different states have somewhat different rules, the fact about 
whether or not they will purchase something has to do with whether or 
not it is in your IPE. If it is a part of your Individualized Plan 
for Employment, then they have to get it. If you need x or y to 
accomplish your IPE, then you have a better chance of getting it.  So 
you have to make your case in a way that proves that you need a 
specific piece of equipment to accomplish the goals of your IPE.
