[nabs-l] Gmail and Apple problems!

Hi all.
I'm having problems editing my phone number in Gmail settings, for my
recovery phone.
I have a new number, so I need to change it, but it won't allow me to do so.
Also, I can't change my time zone from Adak to CST on iCloud.
How can I fix this?
