Okay.  Just keep other states in mind that also don't have snow.  But yes,
Florida is one of the best.

Sort of, but here's the problem I have to go somewhere warm because I cannot
really navigate in the winter by myself as I have other medical conditions
that can prevent me from trying to navigate in the snow and I have to find
somewhere down south that will not have snow or very cold
