You can call the ETS disability services and request that practice
tests be mailed to you. They also have a book called Math Review that
helps review fundamental math concepts. While it's supposed to be for
the GRE, there is a significant overlap between GRE and the SAT. Math
Review is also available in accessible format online
(https://www.ets.org/gre/revised_general/prepare/disabilities/math_review).
