[nabs-l] understanding hard concepts such as eletricity flow and others in your head

Hey guys,

How do you all crasp hard concepts? I'm taking a class where we are starting
to talk about electricity and the flow and how it all works. I'm having a
hard time crasping all of the complex issues. I do record all of my classes
and listening seems to help but, is there anything that you guys do that I
can try to make it easier?
