Hello, I am using jaws 17 and itunes 12.3.2.  I can't seem to get ios 9.3.
I seemed to always get "The iphone iphone could not be updated, an unknown
error occurred (3014)." What is it and how do I fix it? Do I need itunes
12.3.3?
