[nabs-l] all my user accounts are changed to standard

Hello, I made the mistake of changing all my user accounts on 
windows 10 to standard I know how to get the builtin 
administrator feature but I need admin rights.  I now have to put 
my computer in safe mode and select administrator and then set my 
real user back to an administrator.  How can I do this process, 
since I can't use jaws in safe mode.
