[nabs-l] Lower Stamina

This has not been my experience.  Many sighted people have very low stamina.  It depends on what your putting into your body.  Medication and nutrition are crucial parts of health, including stamina.  Exercise also trains stamina.
Blind or not, those are the things to look at.
