Hi, I'm having a serious issue with my BN touch. It's currently turned on, locked, and plugged int. I have it plugged into my computer, because I'm working on my computer at the moment. When I try to get into my device, I get the message, "enabling keysoft. I can't even turn my device off. What can I do? Thanks, Jessica "
