[nabs-l] Advice needed for summer as a college student

Dear NABS,

My name is Shikha Desai, and my major is Social Work at Georgia State
University.  I was wondering how you guys keep your self busy during
the summer time.  I am not taking summer classes for the first time
and I am looking for an internship this summer.  I applied to an
internship in Maryland called WINS FAMILY.  I am also going to apply
to be a counselor at the training centers.  What should I do because I
have never had a job before.  I also need some help on how to stand
out for being a counselor at the training centers because I applied
before but I did not get it.
Any help is allowed.
