[nabs-l] VoiceOver and the latest iOS update

Hi all,

I just updated my iPhone to the latest version of iOS (9.3.5), 
and it seems to have changed the VoiceOver voice.  Is there a way 
to change it back to what it was before the update, and if so, 
how do I do this?

Also, is there a way to adjust the speech rates by increments 
lower than 10%?
