[nabs-l] Scholarship deadlimes for 2018

Every year the scholarship applications open on November 1 and applications are excepted until March 31. The applications that will be due on March 31 of 2018 will be awarding the scholarships in the summer of 2018, so that money would be available for the 2018/2019 school year.
