[nabs-l] Folding Canes other than NFB

I couldn't really understand a lot of this message, but when I looked at
these at one point they were priced way way higher than buying something
from other places would've been. Just something to keep in mind if
you're looking for a reasonable price range, or if you don't care if
your cane is 90 different colors. Even if you're looking to go
decorative, I've seen people do some really cool stuff with electric
tape and charms they got from places like Amazon and the like.
